Congratulations to the Milford student artists whose logos were named winners in the Clermont Soil & Water Conservation District's recent logo design contest.
The logo submitted by Milford Jr. High seventh grader Ella Hurff was selected as the overall winner of the contest. Other grade level winners were Lola Cathcart, 5th grade (Meadowview); Charli Vehr, 6th grade (Mulberry), and Liz Fadden, 7th grade (MJHS).
Students in grades K-12 in Clermont County were asked to submit designs for the 2022 Spring Litter Clean-up to be held on Saturday, April 23 at various locations around the county. This year’s contest is sponsored by the Southern Ohio Association of Realtors (SOAR). The student with the winning design received a $100 cash award and an additional $100 gift given to their school art department or local art program. Grade-level winners received awards of $25 each.
