In accordance with Ohio Department of Education regulations, the Batavia Local School District is soliciting a request for proposals for food service management beginning July 1, 2022.

The RFP timeline is as follows:
RFP questions are due, in writing, via the specifications in the RFP, by Monday 5/23
RFP question acknowledgement will occur, in writing, by Tuesday 5/24
An optional pre-proposal conference will take place on Friday, 5/27 beginning at 8am at Batavia Elementary School, 3 Bulldog Place, Batavia, Ohio 45103
Proposals will be due per the specifications in the RFP by Friday, June 3rd
The evaluation of proposals will occur between June 6 and June 10, 2022
Negotiations with the selected FSMC will begin on June 13, 2022
The expected contract award date will be June 20, 2022
