Batavia Township, Ohio issued the following announcement on Nov. 21.
Did you know that you need to obtain a zoning permit from the township for the following items: decks, fences, sheds, barns, pools (inground and above ground) and room additions (sun rooms, porches, etc.)? Permit applications can be downloaded from our website at http://www.bataviatownship.org/forms.html.
Additionally applications should be submitted via email to Brad Harris at bharris@bataviatownship.org or you can call Brad at 513-732-3888 x203 with questions.
