As of the fourth quarter of 2023, Arbors at Milford was owned by ARK Opco Group, LLC, according to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The nursing home, located in Clermont County, has been owned by ARK Opco Group, LLC since July 1, 2015.

But when you need that type of care, there are limited options.”
