Our region remains at an elevated fire danger. The National Weather Service reports that southeast winds of 5 to 15 mph can be expected today. In addition, low relative humidity will occur once again. These conditions combined with dry vegetation will result in another day of elevated fire danger today.
Any fires that start could spread and become out of control. Due to these conditions, outdoor burning is not recommended.
